Cancellation Policy

To avoid any fees, you must give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or change the time of appointment. You may cancel via phone or email, but make sure that you receive confirmation that your cancellation request was received. Every effort will be made to reschedule sessions that are cancelled in a timely manner. Cancellation (less than 24 hours before) and/or no‐show appointments may be billed to the client for the full amount at the coach’s discretion.
