Hello world!

Welcome to Education Bytes,

I have been through so much challenges in my life that I felt it was only right to share with my many mentees as well as anyone who can be inspired by my “ramblings!” lol! I remember sitting through a sermon today where we were talking about unforgiveness. What is unforgiveness? it is considered a grudge against someone who has offended you..However many of us walk around thinking that we have forgiven someone , yet we truly have not . If you still have animosity towards that person then you have not truly forgiven them. I am not saying that we must be buddies with them to forgive them, but we have to learn to let go of that negativity and do not make it be the driving force behind our existence.

We have had friends, spouses, brothers and sisters who have ridiculed us, hurt us and made us to look like a fool. What do we do? We have to learn to forgive as it will be spiritually enlightening and mentally uplifting. Get rid of all the damaging negativity that hinders our peace of mind , therefore causing us to live in a state of continuous turmoil and depression . Write a list of people who have wronged you. What happens when you put their name down, does their name evoke overwhelming anger or despair when you see the name and picture the person? I dare you to take the name challenge and check to see if you have gotten over that date that stood you up or that partner that abused you. Learn to let go and live life to the fullest . Remember that most people we are angry with sometimes do not even remember that they hurt us or sometimes they do not realize that they even hurt you ! Here you are all mad and angry and they did not even realize what they did!

Make a checklist of things that you enjoy and do it ! Dump negativity and unforgiveness in the dark pits where it belongs and embrace light, love and peace!

Reference Passages: Matt 6:14-15 “For if ye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly father will also forgive you(14). But if ye forgive not men their trespasses neither will your father forgive your trespasses(15).”

Educationally yours !
