Welcome to my website! I really appreciate you stopping by to learn a little about me and the services my company offers. I understand how complicated life can get for the working professional, who has to juggle their personal and professional life (career or business).

As a mom, educator, wife, and entrepreneur, I have faced many overwhelming moments, having to wear so many different hats. After doing extensive research and studies, I realized how important it is for me to help others achieve balance in their lives, which led me to become a Master Life Coach. I have been a certified professional educator for over 20 years in the public school system, a social services coordinator with children and families, and I am the owner of two businesses (one being a non-profit 501C3k). As a result, I have not only garnered extensive background experience, but I have also developed a repertoire of resources and strategies for the working professional. I use faith-based resources which focuses on biblical principles, to guide, encourage and empower individuals, who are struggling in certain areas of their lives. One of my favorite scripture is Philippians 4:13, which states " I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me."

My ultimate goal is to help you find a harmonious balance in your life, grow, and evolve from the inside out, while realizing your full potential. I want you to learn how to become more empowered,through outward efforts and inward reflection. It's time to live life more abundantly!
